Looburry

I placed an order and it took 9 weeks to recieve. The product is defective and did not last. They offered a $2.00 refund. I just wanted a replacement part. RIP off company.

Do not purchase from them.. I purchased 500 alcohol wipes they only sent 100 wipes so I contacted and they refused to refund me the difference for the 400 wipes I did not receive and offered a $2 refund the wipes are $10 per 100 wipes hope you see this before ordering from this company

Never received my item ordered. When contacted online they responded to say they were shipping the order out again, which I have not received! I've read the article Revdex.com on checking out vendors before purchasing, thank you for information.

Ordered sanitary wipes three weeks ago, and still haven’t received anything. DO NOT buy anything from this company. I will never buy anything again from them, and suggest you don’t either. Wish I was able to give zero stars.

I have been going back and forth trying to get my package with this company since I ordered it in February! They took my money easily but keep saying it's being delivered then they had a gliche in the system and the item wasn't sent. They said they would update me and never did. I asked for a refund several times already and they won't give me my money back.

Poor response to complaint. Products not delivered. Attempted to cancel order and they said it had shipped yet over a week later still no shipping info available.

It's been 2 months still have not received my order and can't get my money back

Looburry is not located at 33400 Dowe Ave, Union City. The only businesses located at this address is Penske Logistics, Sprouts and Wonder Ice Cream. All these businesses have been here for a minimum of 3 years. Please Google the address and you will see for yourself.

On January 5, 2020 I ordered A "Compact Circular Saw & Saw Set" as advertised in the website of Looburry.com. It has a price of $18.50. After about 2 weeks I received a saw set but no circular saw. Later I received an email survey about the "Compact Circular Saw & Saw Set" that ordered. I emailed Looburry that I cannot do the survey because I only received a saw set but no circular saw. I also made a follow of the circular saw. Looburry answered that I only ordered a "Saw Set". I said no! I ordered what they advertised which is "Compact Circular Saw & Saw Set".

I asked for a full refund but they answered that I could only get $2. I emailed back and asked for full refund. Finally, Looburry said that it is not responsible for the return, and it can only be returned to China and the shipping charge is $15. They again offered me $3 refund.
