We have no control over whon the bureau approves or does not approveThe training was completed and I was not the trainer on recordA prior staff member did the training who was terminated for theftI received info that due to MrH [redacted] prior prison record they won't clear him for the security industryHis expense back and forth is not our problem if he knew he had a background issue he should not have even applied to do the trainingWe don't judge nor are we obligated to refund his money as we completed our end of the trainingWe will send him a refund of $that is all we will doAs he came into our office yesterday 11/4/and was very verbally abusive to staffOur attorney has been contacted and we are pursuing a restrainting order due to his behavior.We have no further comment as this is a frivolous complaint, we have an A+ rating and intend to keep that in good standing
