Longo's Auto Repair

On February 22,2020 I went to Longo's Auto Repairs to make a payment on a ***. I made a payment of *** with a remaining balance being *** I assured Longo that I would return Friday 02/28/2020 at 11am to test drive the vehicle and make the remaining payment. Longo stated " be sure to let me know *** Thursday evening 02/27/2020 I called Longo's Auto to confirm our appointment at 11am Friday morning. When I arrived at Longo's *** came with me to test drive the car so I would make the right decision. *** I stayed for about 10 minutes before we decided to leave *** March 06,2020 I went back to Longo's and told him I no longer wanted *** because I was not able to test drive and its been two weeks. He refused to give me my $1,500 refund for a vehicle that I have never test drove. I explained to him I shouldn't have to buy a vehicle if I do not know how it drives.
