registration. If you do not get a 2nd email please check your email junk/spam folder. If you still have not received 2nd email, call the office.” In addition, our office sends weekly reminder emails for four weeks prior to the course date with time, date, and location details. At the time of registration, [redacted] agreed to the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which states that students must give at least 10 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule in order to avoid paying a fee and that they forfeit their course fee within 24 hours of the service. [redacted] called on 6/*/16, which was 4 days prior to his course start date, and stated that he would call back after being informed of the partial fee forfeiture. [redacted] called back on 6/**/16, which was the first day of his course, therefore forfeiting his entire course fee. As a courtesy, we offered to place him into another weekday class at a reduced rate or add him to our Standby List at no additional cost. At this time, the issue has been resolved amicably.
