so after all this the problem has resolved itself. There is nothing wrong with the rear actuator . We just had to cycle through a/c and defroster a few times. A good service person would have known this. Called a few other service places and was told to do this. I want nothing further to do with Longley they really need to train their people better and know the vehicles they are working on. Rather than trying to get more money out of clients to fix issues that are not true.
