Review: I purchased an extra-long USB cable for my mobile products on Saturday Dec **, 2013 at 3:47 P.M., and it was received on Thursday, January **, 2014, via USPS (tracking no. was afforded). After several attempts to contact them via email, I have not received any response.The cable would not work with any of my compatible devices, and thus it was necessary to return the cable. I promptly shipped the cable back, via UPS (tracking no. was afforded); paying more than the cost of the item, and I returned the product with a helpful document including a graphical display of my diagnostics on why the cable would not connect properly. It should be noted that I returned the item in perfect condition and with all the packaging sent to me.Desired Settlement: I paid $8.95 for the product online. Since I paid $13.23 to return the lesser-valued item, including a detailed description (assisting the company with a problematic item); I would favor a payment for the sum of my business, equaling $22.18 for the totality, less I broadcast my disservice.
