This email is in response to Complaint ID number ***. At this time *** *** AND WINDOWS INC will absolve itself from this chimney problem by refunding the ***’s the charge to repoint the chimney. See attached files including an email stating that the chimney work would be $900.00. We will send out a check certified mail today 3/**/for $900.00. The chimney leaked before we worked at their house. The chimney has continued to leak. It is not the roof, nor the Flashing that is leaking, but the chimney itself We did have *** *** look at the problem, and We are also putting the ***’s in touch with an expert chimney company , led by Fulzio C***. His number is *** *** ***.
