I have got to stay this is the WORST dealership I have EVER dealt withOne person there doesn't know what the other was doingI knew I should not have dealt with your company since day one after the issue I had a year ago with your companyLets see, in my husband wanted to trade in a vehicle I got himYour company ok'd the trade in without me being there when MY name was on the title of the trade inMy husband brought home an affidavit that I had t signThat was the first issueSecond issue, went to your dealership again to possibly purchase another vehicleI didn't want to but my husband didFirst was given an amount of my monthly payment from *** the sales guy via text messageThe day we went to sign the papers *** the finance guy gave us a different amountThat was an argumentI had to show *** the text message to show him what I was toldTHEN *** was giving us "30" days to bring in down payment, but it actually isn't daysthe 22nd' I believe would have been days, but was told to have the money there by the 18th or they will deposit the checkThen Keith makes a mistake on the GAP paperCalls us the day it has to be in and expects us to drop everything to be there that day to sign a new oneWhen I tell him I was sick and going home after work he had an attitude and said it needed to be done that dayI am sorry, you made the mistake now you are on my timeSo he agreed that night to have someone at my home at 6pm to me and my husband can sign the new paperBut guess what? NO ONE SHOWED TO MY HOMEAt 6:i called the dealership *** I think her name was answered put me on hold and got back on the phone times to ask who I was holding forThen *** answered and finally told me *** was gone for the dayNo one knew about anyone coming out to our homeNever received a call back from Keith to tell me that no one would be coming to my homeAgain wasted my timeThen the next day.....I dropped my car off at 10:30am with Jason to have the windshield replaced*** told me the guy was already on his way and it would be done in a few hoursHe gave me a loaner carSO I told him I am still very sick, BUT if it is just going to be a few hours I will stay in town and wait being I live an hour awayat 1:I contacted *** who told me that my appointment wasn't until 4:and it would be ready by 7!!!!! After what he told me at 10:apparently was a flat out lieHe proceeds to tell me that the guy had other appointments before me which he should have known up front, BUT he called my husband and told my husband a different story of how the guy who was replacing the windshield had some issues and couldn't get there until 4:LIES!!! Then *** text me at 5:33pm that day and I quote "window is done, taking the vehicle to cleanup", now again this is at 5:33pmminutes later at 5:46pm he text me again and tells me and I quote "it is going to be Monday before you can pick it up, the new window was damagedI apologize it will be done thenARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME???? Then tells me how he is sorry and will make sure I have a full tank of gas?? I already had a full tank of gas!!! How can one minute the window will be done and minutes later it wasn't done because it was damaged?????? As far as I am concerned ALL your employees whom I am have death with are extremely incompetent!!! No one knows their left from their rightI haven't even had the vehicle days and when I tell *** I don't even want it anymore, he tells me.."I am not sure I understandYour wanting to voluntary turn in the vehicle?" SO I guess not even having it for days counts as a voluntary repo and would go on my credit correct??? I told *** to no longer contact me and he can deal with my husbandThis is why I do text messagingSo I have all of my proof, while *** says I was "blowing up his phone"I will be sending a letter to the Revdex.comI will be contacting the finance companyEVERYONE I can possibly make a complaint to, I will that can be guaranteedI will NEVER recommend anyone to your dealershipIt's the worth place I have ever dealt with in my life!!
