So how are you guys feeling now? You’ve lost my business. Permanently. But now the truth is finally coming out with #TwitterFiles that the old pandemic was actually a SCAMdemic (as I always knew).
I think you guys owe me a huge apology for the sy way you treated a loyal customer.
While attempting to have my funds for a return processed quickly, the President of Long and Mcquade, *** sent an email to this store to not process my refund on site, knowing I was coming to the store.
This has happened several times over the past few weeks over this return and it's really unfortunate that *** would go through the lengths to make me such a special person.
's most recent purchase at our store was for a product that we had mistakenly sold him as "new" when it had actually left the store for 24hrs and should have been marked as "used." This was a big mistake on our part, and I tried to rectify the situation with him over email (he refused to speak on the phone) but he was still quite unhappy, which I fully understand. He eventually decided to return the item back to the store along with a handful of other products on April 18th. Once we received the items in the store through our current curbside procedures, the refund was setup, but Tyler had already left saying that it was taking too long and asked to have the money refunded on his credit card on file. I had already decided it was best to give Tyler his refund via Electronic Funds Transfer and processed that transaction on April 18th. It was at that point that Tyler emailed me to let me know that if he received his refund that way he would be very upset, so I cancelled the transaction and asked if we could do a credit card refund over the phone. Unfortunately, the card that Tyler has is actually a VISA DEBIT and we're not able to do manual refunds on a VISA DEBIT card. Over the next week or so, through miscommunication between myself and Tyler, as well as miscommunication between myself and our Head Office, Tyler's EFT refund was delayed until the beginning of this week which is entirely my fault and my mistake. I believe by this point Tyler has probably received the funds in his account, but I'd like to apologize greatly for the delays that my miscommunications caused.
Yes I got it much later only after I filled out this complaint.
