Use of my credit card without my permission and refusing to refund me the full amount after finding out
Customers card was charged for auto renewal as per original contract arrangement for pay or return on June 30. Customer returned instrument rental on AUGUST 13TH. Late summer charge was refunded on August 15th. Issue is resolved. No further monies owed.
