Mr.[redacted] is referring to an Association Long-[redacted] Inc. currently manages. It is a Condominium Association this Association counts with an on site office. This office receives all e-mails and phone calls from all residents within the complex. Owners/Residents have the option to visit the office within the ours of operation to address their complaints. I have spoken with Mr. [redacted] a few times over the phone and explained to him that; since it is an Association; all unit owners appoint a Board of Directors in which the [redacted] make the final decisions on how to operate the Association, including all janitors. Long-Kogen, Inc. as a management Agent the works under direccion of the[redacted]. The Association has two part time and two full time janitors. The janitors use and keep the emergency doors open while performing their duties. But the have been instructed to close all doors as soon as their shift is over. However; some residents tend to play with the locks and or leave the doors ajar. Specially the laundry doors. All laundry doors are open at 7:00 a.m and closed at 7:00 p.m. Unfortunately, all other doors can not be monitored 24 hours a day. AS a property manager, I have brought the issue to the BOD and letters have been sent to all residents asking them close the door behind them as entering/exiting the building and/or report to the management if any door is not properly locking.
