Yes, the primary fish that we sell is Pollock. Our intent is not to mislead or misrepresent the species of fish we sell, however, most people are not familiar with the different species of fish. In turn, the feedback LJS received from consumers and focus group
participants was to refer to our fish as Alaskan Whitefish. Alaska designates the geographical area where the fish is caught and whitefish resonated with them, again because many people are not familiar with the different species and it has a very mild flavor
We hired a third party vendor to conduct the surveys and send the $vouchers. No sure where the breakdown occurred, but, we will send a $voucher directly to the customer
