Do not hire this company or give them a credit card!! I hired this company for a move in cleaning which is their most extensive package cost me $473.00. Two women showed up an hour late and only stayed for 3 hours before sneaking out of my house knowing that they didn’t complete the job. They refused to clean appliances along with most of the checklist items. They used dirty rags and left my house dirtier. Their vacuum was broken and falling apart. To top it off, they damage my door on the way out. The owner of this company refused to contact me and hide behind his receptionist. I don’t believe that most of the reviews are real. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company now, but I’m hoping this review will help others.

I booked this company for three general house cleanings as a gift to my sibling, who had just had a baby. During the first cleaning, they didn't mop (which is part of what they specify for a general cleaning). I brought this up when booking the second cleaning and asked for a discount based on the missing service from the first one. No one ever got back to me---not via phone, email, anything.

The third cleaning was cancelled on the MORNING OF scheduled service and then rescheduled for a different time slot on a different day WITHOUT my permission. I sent an email responding to this and asking someone to get back to me about it. No answer.

I rebooked for two days later at the correct time (again, I'm scheduling around a newborn and her sleep habits) and they didn't show up. I called customer service, which they outsource to remote workers who they haven't trained, so the person on the phone has no power to give you a refund or even any answers about what's going on with the cleaning crew. It's a joke, and now I'm out $273 unless someone gets back to me ASAP.

In sum, the first service skipped a component that I was never refunded for; the third service never happened, and now I have no way of contacting someone who could send me a refund.
