I spoke with *** on October *, 2014, after receiving your paperwork from the Revdex.com, and she told me that everything had already been received. Today she told me that she was unable to find all of the pages that were previously faxed to their officeI faxed a complete set to her, and confirmed that she received it. She told me that it would be scanned into *** ***'s file and that *** *** would be made aware of *** ***'s medical records

Review: I had to changed my Gastro Doctor because [redacted] of this above group does not accept my new insurance. I had gone to a new doctor, [redacted] at [redacted] on Thursday, Sept. [redacted]. They told me at [redacted]'s office that they needed the records from Long Island Gastro faxed over to them. I filled out a release form and [redacted]'s office faxed it to Long Island Gastro. [redacted] had not received all the information as of this past Monday, September [redacted]. I called LI Gastro and they said they had the information necessary and were waiting for a letter that [redacted] had to sign and would fax it to them that day. I called [redacted]'s office earlier this afternoon and they said they still had not received all the records from LI Gastro yet. I called medical records at LI Gastro and they said they were still waiting for the letter. I told them that they were going against the law because of Section 18 of the Public Health law and the person I spoke to (I think it was [redacted]) told me she didn't want to hear the threat and was very nasty. I told her it was against the law as the records were supposed to be faxed within 10 days and now it's been 3 weeks. [redacted] has still not received the gastro report from LI Gastro.Desired Settlement: Please see that someone at LI Gastro faxes my records over to [redacted]'s office and [redacted]'s office stops lying to me and keeps saying they are sending them.
