This concerns a 2017 Diesel truck Two weeks after this company did my service I found my self broke down so I had it towed back to the shop where I had service. They reported that gas was put in the diesel engine.*** the owner said he would drain the tank and change the fuel filters. He call me said he did what he said and the truck still wont start that the injectors need to be replaced I told him tho he already knew that he had to get an ok from the office. The office did not want them to do any more and sent someone to pick up the truck. They wanted 900 dollars befor they would let it go.we get to the new shop the fuel that was in the truck was bad and no new filters what they did do was tare the engine apart put the parts in the front seat I was informed that it did not look like the oil had been changed 2 weeks ago putting truck back the injectors dont seam to correspond with the computer specs for my truck. So They r very dishonest
Billing Adjustment Return the 900 dollars. Explain in english why he tore the engine apart when that was never okand how he came to his conclusion for the charges why he told me he would call when i could come pick up the truck because it was blocked by trucks that could not be moved because they were working on them that was not the case he tore my my motor apart he had no re business messing with the motor like he did

1.The vehicle breaking down had not been caused by any work performed at the service 2 weeks earlier, we did find gasoline in the diesel tank, advised of finding, drained bad fuel, replaced both fuel filters and put in clean diesel.engine would only attempt to start.engine scan toolgave code for fuel injectors which was reasonable given that the wrong fuel had been used.Removed engine valve cover to perform visual inspection of injectors.Found signs of corrosion at #3 injector.Advised customer injectors should be removed and sent to a specialist shop for testing.Customer declined and removed truck from our facility.Valve cover was left in cab as next person working on truck would need to remove it again anyway.I absolutely dispute the allegation that the work was not carried out as per our invoice. The injectors were the same ones that were in the truck when it arrived here. After repair,it is probable the needed to be reprogrammed to the vehicle, not uncommon.
We only charged for the work we performed and as the customer did not have a credit arrangement with us, it is normal policy to get paid before releasing a vehicle.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
How do I know that the break down was not your fault. My question to you is why did you tear the motor apart. That was never agreed to.We had agreed that you would drain the tank and put new fuel filters on nothing else. And you charged 950 dollars for that. The receipt has no break down of charges.Your reason for leaving parts on the front seat is unacceptable.Because the next guy would have to tear it up you were never asked to go any farther. So you screw up the front seat whos going to pay for that. You need to refund the office money.Im in the process of a written statement to the facts of the condition of the truck when it was picked up because the fuel tank had to be drained when it got to the other shop because the fuel tank had gas in it.I cant believe you is this really how you do business.you need to refund money
The amount we charged on the invoice reflect the work we performed. We were not afforded the opportunity to complete the repairs by the client as they informed me that they had a credit facility at another repair shop and would need to utilize this in order to complete the repair. We did not reinstall removed parts as the next shop would have to remove them again to complete the repair. The allegations made in the customers statement are very serious and amount to an accusation of theft which I completely refute. Therefore there is no reason to offer the refund that they are requesting.
