I would definitely not recommend this company to do your siding unless you would like to be lied to, disrespected, and ripped off. After receiving a quote for siding and signing paperwork, nobody ever returned with samples like they said. After waiting weeks I decided to not continue with their business. I expected to pay some sort of cancellation fee but not in the amount of almost $***. They never took final measurements or ordered any materials for the job. I tried several times to contact the owner of the company to work this out and was told several times by the secretary ridiculous excuses such as he was “out of the country” and they were unwilling to provide any contact information for him. I am a healthcare worker trying to make it through a pandemic losing many hours,it is sad that I have to take necessary bill money during this time to pay something so ridiculous. My husband works for one of the top painting companies in Richmond and their company would never do this to one of their customers.
