Lonestar landscaping poured concrete in my backyard. 90% of the concrete is either cracked or left not Aesthetically pleasing. The owner asked for 10k up front, then another 6k thereafter. After we told him we didn’t like the finish result of the concrete he verbally agreed to taking the concrete out “from the AC unit and over” and return $2,500 back to us. He came to do as he promised today 3/9/2020 to only “take out cracks” and not pay us the money owed. Nothing was done to my backyard today.
Good morning, Everything was verbal agreements. This company doesn’t do contracts and I later found out that he is not even a licensed contractor. I do have text messages and checks to prove we paid him for the job. I also have pictures of the backyard work, cracks in the concrete and quality of work. We have video footage of him being here yesterday and leaving without paying us back money and not doing work. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do with this complaint.
