Complaint [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: they are lying I uploaded the offer and it clearly states No Obligation and You May be asked to participate not that you are required to participate If they do not feel it appropriate to follow thru and provide me the prize I won I will take my complaint up with the Texas Attorney General and let their office decide who is in the right and who is in the wrong Regards, [redacted] ***

To whom it may concern,In response to the customer concern, the card in question explicitly states that the card must be verified with a master key chart to determine which prize the card winsIt says no where on the card that the card wins a Macbook AirWe clarified that the card the
customer had did have A winning handSecond, it states that there is no purchase necessaryWe send these advertisements out by the thousands to help us advertise by giving customers a gift for free (since every card wins a free prize) for a small amount of their timeTo claim the prize, the only thing we ask is for a little bit of time, as the customer was toldWe put everything on the card to avoid any misrepresentation of what our goal is as a companyAlso, after speaking with ***, the customer was the one who disconnected the call, as I train my people very specifically that they are not to hang up on customers for any reason, or in this case "dropped."
