I would first like to apologize to this customer for their frustration.   This is a military shipment and the required delivery date was 5/6, however due to circumstances beyond his control our driver delivered it on 5/10 according to my records.  We did pay an inconvenience...

claim that was filed by the customer for their inconvenience.  The missing items in question are believed to have mis-delivered with another shipment.  This rarely happens, but it appears that it did.  However, the warehouse the items delivered to is not being cooperative.  I have been trying to get them to help me locate the items for a month now and have had no success.  I did speak with Mr. [redacted] and told him to file a claim on the items just incase we do not locate them.  His claim is filed through the military DPS system and goes to the governing company of the move.  We will not dispute the missing items claim in anyway to help move it along as quickly as possible.  However, I am going to continue to try to locate these items.  Most especially the trunk.  Somehow this customer was not immediately directed to me when the items came up missing so I could reassure and help this customer with filing their claim.  I will do what I can to help move this process along.
