Cannot get any response from this company, been taking payments out for over 3 months and still no meds. Cannot get anyone to respond to emails or numerous phone calls, been told 5 different stories. If you call and hit the prompt for a new account they answer right away but if you hit the prompt for existing customers it goes to an inbox that is full and cannot accept any new messages

I am on eliquis for my heart. This year lone star wanted all this paperwork for my heart meds. Some information was very personal. I decided to call my health insurance company and get Eliquis from them. Lone star has bee taking their fee out of my account for 3 months. No medication n every time I call ; they do not answer the call. I am on social security and money is tight. I would not recommend this company. They are very dishonest!

Signed up with Lone Star Scripts in December 2022 They took money out of my account and I haven’t heard anything from the hem. I’m stopping payment on auto pay

I signed with Lonestar to be able to afford two necessary prescriptions.For several months, I received one medication with the refills as expected. The last month I have not received a refill and I am out of the medication. As for the other medication, I basically only received one delivery the first month or so after I signed up. After that nothing. I was told there was trouble with the manufacturer. So they were going to switch medication and manufacturer. I have still not received any medication and it has been months. I was hopeful when I signed with Lonestar, but they are not a working option for some of us.

Enrolled in this program because I am out of work and really need the help with prescriptions, instead I never got any medication but they still took money out of my account for so called paper work. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor, got a call back the next day saying she had to speak to her boss because I asked for my money back. What a rip off! I've tried calling back now no one answers the phone. I would like my money back that I struggled to get up just to sign up! Look into this if your thinking about getting it!

I received a call today from Lone Star on my complaint #[redacted]. Spoke to the supervisor Reyna which was every help full on how their program works an appolized.  The problems I have been having have to due with the Doctors, Manufactures and Lone Star. Reyna assured me going forward she will...

do everything possible to get my meds on time. She explained how the program worked, and being short handed with new customer reps. I was upset when I sent in this complain and at this time I am Not going to cancel my membership with Lone Star. Going forward I hope I receive my meds on time. I do follow up with the Doctors and Lone-star and understand mistakes happen. Reyna was concerned and they are working very hard to satisfy their customers in a timely matter. I appreciate her understanding on my situation on how important these meds are.
