I spoke to Mrs. [redacted] 10/28/14 and apologized for the inconvenience. We have been having scheduling conflicts that have made it difficult to fix this issue in a timely manner. When I still hadn't heard from *** *** by November 25, 2014, I contacted him via text at the same phone number ###-###-#### through which we had texted back and forth numerous times before.
