*** *** purchased his vehicle on April 9, 2016. On May 25, *** *** brought the vehicle in for us to repair. We replaced the starter at no charge to this customer. On June 11, *** *** brought the vehicle in for repairs again. We replaced the fuel pump.
Then on June 14, *** *** was having the same issue of the vehicle not starting. We replaced the fuse box. We did charge the customer for the last two repairs. We sell our vehicles "AS IS." However, we did not charge the customer for the first repair. As well, all three repair's have been different issues. This is a used vehicleThere is wear and tear which can be expected. There is nothing major wrong with this vehicle, therefore, we do not feel it is necessary to put this customer in another vehicle

Mr*** did purchase 11/24/He made us aware the car was over heating 11/28/He also explained he drove the car overheating to make it home (which was a factor in the damage now done to the vehicle). We urged him to have it towed to us ASAPWe didn’t get the car until 12/4/17,
days later. Mr*** is aware the vehicle was purchased “AS IS”. At the time of sale, we complete a check list which included pressure test that helps us find any overheating issues, none of which were found with the vehicleAlthough the car was sold “AS IS”, we are offering to pay 50% of the repair including towMr*** is responsible for the other 50%Lone Star Motors II did give Mr*** to pay his portion in a payment plan if needed. This is a used vehicle, we try to do what is fair for all our customersAll our customers are required to have full coverage insurance with a deductible which is also explained at the time of sale. We do offer collateral protection insurance at per bi weekly payment which covers the collateral onlyCustomer must carry liability insurance along with the CPI. Customers can carry their own full coverage insurance but it must comply with the requirement given at the time of sale

Ms*** purchased her vehicle May 23, 2016. Ms*** was aware the vehicle was purchased "AS IS." On June 22, Ms*** had the vehicle towed to LSMII stating it would not start. The vehicle started for to tow company. It started for our mechanics as well.
The customer was given the option to leave to vehicle so we could continue to try and duplicate the issue. Ms*** needed her vehicle, so could not leave it for further testing. Ms*** was charged for the cost of the tow. On December 9, Ms*** had her vehicle towed into LSMII due to the vehicle not starting. Please noted this was five and one-half months after the first time the vehicle was hereThe fuel pump was replaced, the vehicle driven by our mechanics, no further issues were noted. The charge was 190.30, we allowed the customer to make payments. On December 21, the vehicle was towed to our lot again. The fuel pump connecter was replace and the fuel tank wiring harness. The charge was 100.00. Unfortunately, it is difficult to repair an issue that is intermittentShould Ms*** have any further issues we will be happy to assist her, as we have done in the past

[redacted] did not meet the income requirements to qualify for the purchase of a vehicle.  She was told she would need a co-signer.  [redacted]'s daughter decided to co-sign for her.  A co-signer goes on the title of the vehicle and is responsible for the payments as...

well as the primary.  This was explained to both customers, and the appropriate paperwork was signed by both customers.  A dispute between [redacted] and her daughter is not reason to negate the contract, therefore, we are unable to return the down payment.  We have an incentive program as [redacted] states, however, I am not sure how she has misconstrued the incentive.  The incentive is as follows:  Our customer refers 10 customers, which we sell a vehicle to.  For each sold referral, we pay a car payment for the customer.  Once the customer refers 10 customers, which we sell, we will give the customer the title to their vehicle.
