I am very happy with the service teams at Moore Mechanical Ever since the smooth installation of my new residential Heating and Air Conditioning unit, they have been excellent at keeping in touch with me for my tuneups and are a wealth of knowledge for questions that arise Once an appointment is on the calendar, I am always pleased to receive a phone call that they can work me in earlier Every contact I have had from the receptionist to the sales team or to the technicians that arrive at my home have been professional, on time, clean, and performed the job in a timely mannerI highly recommend Moore Mechanical!

When my heater went out in late December, Moore Mechanical was not able to come out in an acceptable timeframe - given we were in the midst of a cold snap - so I called a competitorLong story short, the competitor presented me with a bill just under $15,to replace my furnace and AC, for a litany of reasonsI decided to wait and get a second opinion - one the best consumer decisions I’ve ever made***, at Moore Mechanical, came out and in minutes solved my problem by simply correcting a setting on my thermostat and recommending I replace the air filtersSo, for the service fee of ~ $and a few dollars more for new filters I have a perfectly functioning heaterI should also add, that [redacted] presented to me the options of a replacement - my heater is years old - which turned out to be a fraction of the cost of similar units from the competitorThere is no substitute for quality and integrityMoore Mechanical provides bothAll my future HVAC needs will be provided by this outstanding company
