Regarding Complaint # [redacted] As per your instructions to let you know if this matter has been resolved.., Lone star contacted me today and says they will take care of this matter by writing off the bill and having their business office contact the credit agency to remove the collection ensuring that it puts our credit back where it was prior, as if it had never been doneper [redacted] I did relay this info to you earlier, very shortly after I sent the initial complaint as I was able to speak with her right after I sent the complaint, but I'm not sure if you have that info so letting you know again nowI can't say that it is fully resolved, because it wont be until it is removed from my husbands credit report, not as "paid", but as if it never existed [redacted] said she would email me today so that I would have her email because that is the best way to reach her, but as of yet, 9pm, I have not received an emailJust giving you the latest infoThanks [redacted] y
