We had a Texas Topper, bottom pan and storm collar installed to replace original chimney cap on our year old home Flame arrestor was still in good shape and did not to be replaced Took under a week to build new cap, etc., and install about in a hour and half Mr [redacted] was on time, very considerate on inspecting and proposing a reasonable cost to prevent our chimney water leak If you are getting at least three estimates on chimney repairs from Dallas area chimney businesses, make sure they are on your list, better yet, make sure you call them first My other estimates were four figures with one suggesting a total chimney rebuild Ouch!
