I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowTheir response is absolutely about contacting me I was never contacted by anyone from this business, by phone or otherwise This issue went on for a couple of days It wasn't until the second day that I decided to pursue the matter The contractor was very rude, called me names & had no regard for my property or any other surrounding property I asked the contractor to bring the homeowner out and he refused to I went to the front door and called in to the homeowner and she ignored me as wellRegards, [redacted]

My name is Joe P***, Palumbo Project Company, reference number #***. I am very sorry on the disconnect, I understand you have tried to contact me a few timesI am out of town and will be until February 4th. The complaint with a ***, a neighbor of a customer of
mine, was about dust on her carWe were working with Sheetrock inside my customers house, sanding down joint compoundThe wind must have been in a bad direction and *** reported that dust was on her carI talked with her on the phone the day it happened, I told her I was very sorryI just wanted to let her know we did not intentionally do anything, and that we would stopShe was forceful on the phone, and because I was not there on site she entered my customers's house without permission of anyoneFor me the situation ended there. If there is something I can do to rectify the situation I would be glad to do soI have hundreds of customers and I have never had a complaint like this. Thank you
