Our current contract clients include the U.S. Marshals Service, the states of Texas, Alabama and West Virginia, many cities, counties and school districts and tow companies throughout Texas.I have researched the transaction described in the subject complaint and found the following:1. [redacted] II did not buy any vehicle in our online auctions after March of 2017. The vehicle he purchased in March sold for $725.00 on March 20th.2. On May 12, 2017, a person named [redacted] bought a 2004 Saturn Vue for $1025.00 on our website. Her invoice totaled $1158.25, virtually the same amount [redacted] is claiming.3. [redacted] tried to pay tor this purchase with her credit card, and the card was declined by the bank.4. [redacted] told our clerk that she was his wife and that he would pay with his credit card. Their addresses and cities are different in our buyer records.5. Lone Star accepted his credit card payment.6. We have no record that he disputed the charge with his credit card company.7. We have no record that our bank debited a chargeback in that or a similar amount to our account.8. [redacted] picked up her purchase, and we have a copy of her driver’s license which she provided at the time of pickup.9. We have no evidence to believe that [redacted] ever returned the vehicle to the seller.10. Of course he has no product in his possession.
