I brought my dog in for updated shots. I provided evidence that he had his rabies shot but they gave it to him anyway. I paid my bill and left, then reviewed my bill and noticed that they gave him another rabies shot. I have emailed them twice on their web site to request a refund and never received a response. I reviewed the chart in question. The day we vaccinated the dog, the Veterinarian apologized and told the client we would credit her account. We put a credit of $15.50 on her account. I reviewed all of my email and have not received an email from client. I see that she responded via our website, and I wonder if there is a transmission error via that. A check for $15.50 will be placed in the mail tomorrow. This could have been rectified the same day had the client called us to voice her concern re: the $15.50. Thank you.
