Review: I paid for 2 weeks of the after-school service, pick-up and drop off and a month of Acrobatics in full for my 4yo. I was told that the acro class ran multiple times a week, if Tuesday did not work or for make-up class. I had no problem paying for the full Thanksgiving week with 3 days of service; however all 3 of those days were compromised with less than 24hrs notice by their management: On Mon.(regarding that day) and Tues. (regarding Wed) I received texts that they were closing early Also on Tues. (via txt) they canceled Acro. just hrs before. There has been multiple instances were I have made arrangements to accommodate their last minute breaches w/o complaint. Had these changes been advised I would have saved funds and avoided inconvenience by opting out of that week (by contract per my discretion). Furthermore, on one occasion they refused to drop my child off home, as contracted, because I advised that my friend and neighbor would be in my home to receive him. I accommodated them without complaint again and had household member come home to be there per their request. I altered my arrangements which were based on a contract they drew, up multiple times. They continue to default. Only on 12/*/13 did I requested remedy, they agreed and satisfied but sent letter home claiming non-payment and compliance, black listing my child. On 12/**/13 they denied makeup class (for acro) (after I made them aware of his complaint of verbal abuse and advised that I wanted to accompany him because he didn't want to attend alone); They instead offered a refund to terminate contract early, days later breach again, refusal to issue a refund and claiming account is satisfied. Can not conduct honest business with DBA London Skye Dance; Entity does not honor written or verbal contracts that they issue; Constant breach of contract with no remedy or accountability; Contract fraud. Make-ups for acrobatics with no penalty is per contract. l want a full refund. Original contracts were not satisfied.Desired Settlement: Refund of $180
