Review: I had my 4X6 rug cleaned by this cleaners. When they returned my rug the fringes were still dirty & the rug was not cleaned properly.

I returned the rug to be cleaned again.

I went to pick up my rug & they will not let me see if the rug was cleaned unless I pay the $50 fee first.

I asked if they can roll it out in their office before I pay for it but they said no. I must pay first.Desired Settlement: I want to see my rug before I pay.I would like it delivered so I can see if the work is properly cleaned.
