This item was picked up by the customer’s contractor. The contractor noticed there was damage to this item. The customer called with his request to replace item. Our manager discussed the situation with customer and customer was told this item would be re-ordered.
We immediately worked on this complaint We had to call manufacturer to re-order, send photos, etc. The customer called back and said he wanted new doors only and wanted the manufacturer to touch up side of closet. We immediately called manufacturer back, ordered the doors, and arranged for the manufacturer to touch up side of closet. Yesterday we left a voice mail message with the customer to let him know that the doors were shipping today. We also left message that as soon as we have the tracking number we will advise customer when doors are received in our *** warehouse. When they arrive in *** we will call the manufacturer repto set up appointment to install doors and touch up side
