Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
My point remains that the blouse was damaged in the pressing. The sleeve cuffs do not lie flat and smooth as they did when I sent the article to be dry-cleaned. They remain "bubbled".How could one more pressing (after many attempts) correct this problem. The fabric appears damaged. I sent it back to "correct" it several times since it was returnedin poor condition. This has been pending since May 2015.The previous "returns" cited by Alex were due to an extra crease in the collar. The presser pressed the collar down, incorrectly altering the style of the funnel-neck of the blouse. That matter was corrected without damaging the fabric. This has nothing to do with this instance, other than the article should have been pressed by someone in his employ otherthan a novice. I have asked repeatedly to have the best presser to do my clothing. I pay for the service. I was charged apprx. $23.00 for dry-cleaning this blouse, and have not yet receivedan answer as to whether or not it was credited to my account. Alex still has not returned any of my numerous phone calls. I still wait for a reasonable solution .If pressing could correct it, it begs the question as to why it wasn't done immediately. I am not satisfied with his so-called solution. The blouse was damaged.[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The business offering $9.99 for a shirt from Nordstrom is absurd. I was hoping the Revdex.com could escalate the complaint higher than [redacted]. She was the employee that hung up on me during our first and only phone conversation. If that's not possible, please just close this complaint as unresolved. I imagine my best course of action is to now to publish a negative review in the hopes that other customers do not experience the same thing that we did.
