I was never contacted by London Bridge Mini Storage at ANY time regardiung this issue.

When *** *** wanted to rent a Unit with us for the 2nd time, she assured us that she would keep current with her rentI made several phone calls and emails to herI offered her work/rent credit, sweeping hallways and Units which she no showed onShe never kept us up to date with current phone, email or address informationOnly when she would call to make a partial payment, would we be told that her information had changedHer Father also rented a Unit from us and had asked us to keep his Unit and hers completely separate.
When *** *** came to the office on 4/14/to make a partial payment, I told her that her Unit #*** was sold and that I would contact the Buyer to see if there was anything left for her to "buy back"The Buyer of Unit #*** had already dispersed the contents, however, *** *** never called to follwith me.

Regarding the complaint ID# [redacted]
We, contrary to Plaintiffs statements followed the letter of the law as stated in the lease signed by her.
She was given more opportunities than actually required to settle her account and either keep on renting at this facility or at...
her option remove her items.
By doing nothing the time limits were exceeded more than once, and the only option was to dispose of the contents of the unit in an addendum sale which is clearly defined in the Lease.
We strongly suggest the Plaintiff Carefully Read her Lease:
