Also double-check that what you receive is what you paid for We paid extra for an upgraded shower base and received a lower grade base, which we had to bring to their attention and ask for a credit Also, no-one called to tell us the base was in, and no-one called to tell us the shower itself was in a few days later We had to make the calls ourselves to chase up both
