Review: I received a gift certificate for a $45.00 spray tan last year on 5-9-14 I have been trying for the past year to redeem the certificate, no one would call me back so I could set up a appointment, my mother call last week and left them a massage and they Finley call and said that the spa is under new ownership and they may not take the certificate, but would have the manager call when she was back in, I have not received any phone call and now the certificate is past the one year due date to redeem, I would just like my $45.00 so I can go else get do to lack of curtesy and poor management.Desired Settlement: $45.00
