Complaint Information: Refunding A standard requirement of any merchant who accepts credit card payments for purchases; is that if they will be issuing any refund to the customer regarding that purchase, then it must be issued back to the original credit card used to make the purchaseWe refund a customer back using the same form of payment they used to make the original purchaseWe provide the following explanation to our customers by email or telephone when they inquireWe are required to issue the refund to the original credit card per our merchant agreement with the credit card companiesIf the original account has been closed and a new one opened the refund will find its way to the new accountIf for some reason it does not and gets returned to our bank, then we can issue a check
