Review: I purchased a car from them on April 7, 2014. I turned in a 2007 Chrysler Sebring that had approx. $3,600.00 left to be paid. I was told that the payoff would be made and left with my new car. As of this date the car has not been paid off and they have not made any payments what so ever and this is going to go into collections. I have made numerous phone calls and sent numerous emails with no resolution and no phone call returned when messages with description of problem were left.Desired Settlement: I want the pay off made and something done about my credit.

Review: After so many months I had the vehicle and while driving, I felt a gush of water come onto my feet. When I decided to take the vehicle back to the dealer, they refused to acknowledge my issues.

When I went with my father to the dealership the next day, the only thing they did was vacuum out the water. This is unjustifyable since I am making payments on the car that has water damage.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back that I gave as a down payment to get out of this auto loan.
