I bought a hair product (magic gold 2pc round curly crotchet braid). Once I took the hair pieces out of the pack, there was excess shedding of tiny particles of hair. The shedding was endless. I assumed this would be temporary but when I was ready to install the hair. I thought this was only unique to the one pack but it wasn't. *** when I returned to Lolas they refused to exchange the product or refund me for it. The owner's response was that she is not the manufacturer of the product and she needs to recover the money she spent on the stock.

Refund - Refund my money - Take product off the shelves or provide clear information of the poor quality of product (this should apply to all other products) - Return/Refund policy should be reinstated at the store - Better customer service
The day of the incident, the customer came into the store and walked past the front desk and went straight to the back where all the braiding hair is located. She then came to the front to the cashier. She presented to me 4 empty packages of hair and stated that she took the hair to her hairstylist and was told that someone else had brought the same hair to her before and it was shedding. The customer had then asked to exchange the hair for the hair that she had picked when she had first come in. I asked her why didn't she bring the hair back in the packaging as she bought them and if her hairstylist told her it was no good, why did she have to take all 4 packs of hair out of their packaging. She started embarrassing me in front of the rest of my customers stating that I should have removed the entire product from the shelves since her friend had complained about it before. I told her that many other customers like the hair and continue to buy the hair with no complaints. I told her that if the hair was still in its original packaging that I could exchange them for her. I also told her that I am not the manufacturer and that I can call them and see if they will accept the hair out of its original packaging and that she can wait for the feedback from them. The customer stated that she can't wait that long and needs the hair today, so I had given her a discount off the new hair that she purchased. After she left the store, I contacted the distributor and told them about the complaint and they advised me that they have had no prior complaints about the hair. I asked them if I can return the hair for a refund but they stated that they are only able to take the hair that has not been opened. I thought the matter was resolved as I gave her a discount on the new hair that she purchased. The hair has sold since then and I have not had any complaints.
