Review: The [redacted] of LOLA arbitrarily charges customers additional charges for using a credit card to purchase goods at the store based on his whims. If he feels like charging customers extra fees for using a credit card he will, but if he doesn't feel like it, he won't. This is inconsistent and unfair business practices. This kind of business takes advantage of customers that purchase goods at their store because they feel like they have leverage over the customer that just gave them money for goods they bought. This store is supposed to be a neighborhood enterprise that serves the residents and community of the South Bronx. This kind of unfair and unlawful management is not serving, but rather, taking advantage of its customers and should not be allowed to continue. Store policies should be transparent and consistent. Arbitrary rules that change depending on the mood of the [redacted] and who the customer happens to be are not sustainable, and should not be allowed to continue profiting from the very people they are taking advantage of.Desired Settlement: LOLA should refund me the extra $4 that was charged on my credit card because of an exchange I made, and because the [redacted], [redacted], wanted to charge me for using my credit card.
