Lol Party Bus

My daughter's prom was canceled at Johns Creek High School due to Covid. We had reserved a month earlier the 30 passenger bus. We canceled more than 30 days in advance. When I emailed to ask to cancel since we could not have a large group together (no more than 10 people by law) and all of the restaurants would closed... No Prom. They would not refund my $980 deposit only said they could reschedule. I then rebooked for a month later in hopes that the Covid Restrictions might be lifted and Prom could happen. The school canceled prom and many more cases of Covid popped up in Georgia. The kids were very disappointed to not have a Prom but knowing they could not get their money back from the Prom Limo Bus at LOL Party Bus made it even worse. Terrible Customer Service during these times. We only asked for our Deposit back but they refused. They had PLENTY of notice of the cancelation of Prom on both dates. We will NEVER use this company and we are spreading the word with the other local high schools to Not use LOL Party Bus! We were not Allowed BY LAW to have 30 kids together on a Bus!
