construction and sales staff after your closing. As a result your list of items and the communication you had prior to that was mistakenly overlooked. In late July our new onsite staff began reaching back out on these items and has tried to schedule appointments without success. We are more than willing to make the necessary corrections but need to be able to schedule and confirm times with our vendors. Our warranty department will contact you by Monday, August 29th. We look forward to handling the remaining items with you.
