Not one promise to keep me informed was kept and regardless of requests no verification of service was delivered. All they did was take money.
I contracted with Loizzi Law, more appropriately described as Lousy Law, to help in a Loan Modification application. During the first month we went back and forth regarding documentation as expected. During the second month I requested information regarding the status of my case and in spite of what date was promised I was finally advised my application had been submitted. I asked for copies of the information which was sent and to be kept informed. I was promised I would be updated every two weeks. My subsequent emails requesting the information and updates were all unanswered. To this day I have no evidence of anything being done by Loizzi Law on my behalf. The only thing they did, and it was on a timely basis, was to withdraw $3500 from my checking account.
