I too had a very poor experience with this company, very poor work in my opinion. In fact after 3000 worth of work I feel scammed and taken advantage of. I actually had front end work, alignment, joints, brakes and new tires put on, yet at pick up the truck barely ran and pulled severely to one side. I called immediately and repeatedly called with complaints. I was assured by Tom it would be addressed and fixed no charge. I also called and spoke to Craig who said the same thing. Yet, upon it being looked at I was told it now needs shocks and struts and 700 more dollars. I am certain with all the front end work done the struts should have been noticed and also wasn't a test drive done. I have not received a response from business even though I have called and emailed them asking to speak with owner. AI did contact the BBB. best to take your business to a place who cares enough to call you back and work to resolve issues. I am new to the town this business is in and I am 100% sorry I went there.

I would not suggest ever stepping foot into this establishment. It is really unfortunate that one person alone can ruin an entire business. The man who is supposed to be the manager here, named [redacted] is rude, arrogant, and downright unprofessional. I went in for a simple emissions test and left, without getting the testing done, due to his snarky comments and attitude of entitlement. This isn't the first negative experience within my family, either. My sister took her car in for work to be done a few years ago and they did more harm than good. I would highly suggest going to a different business in Burlington for your vehicular needs.
