supply line from the stop to the commode. The supply for the original stop was designed for a flare stop and we changed it out to a compression stop which takes a different fitting. We cleaned up like we do on all of our jobs, billed, and went to the next job. [redacted] called the office the next day accusing my plumber of being a thief; that he had taken his brand new supply and he wanted it returned. That afternoon, [redacted] (the plumber) went back over and left the supply on [redacted]'s porch. He called back again a couple of days later saying that we changed the supply and left him an old one. [redacted] only had one supply line in his truck that he had changed out and it was Mr. [redacted]'s. We wouldn't have our plumber driving back and forth across town to return a used part (an $11.00 supply) that was incorrect. We don't want anyone to be unsatisfied though, so if [redacted] needs us to send him a check for $11.00 to cover what he paid at Ace Hardware for a supply, we will do so.Thank you,
