lohr's taxadermy

Review: I brought my Deer head to be mounted to Lohrs taxidermy. I paid a downpayment 50% of the total cost 12-01-2012. I was told it will be done in 10 months. After 10 months I called the business phone # and no answer - numerous times. January 8 2014 I sent a letter to business address asking what the intention of the owner was regarding the completion of the mount. Unfortunately there has been communication on his part. My next step will be a letter from my lawyer and the local District Magistrate.Desired Settlement: First and Foremost I want the Mount 100% completed. If not I want the down payment refunded- the antlers and cape returned 100% Whole- I have numerous pictures in detail of the antlers and cape.
