This company should be shut down with class action lawsuits! It is absolutely amazing how this company is still in operation. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Never in my life have I ever worked with such an incompetent business in American ever before. I had given them a website to be designed since 2020. They have been sooooo slow in providing updates and revisions. They lack knowledge and skills and clearly do not know how to design a website/shopping cart. My 6 year old could probably do a better job than them. At the end, they left me hanging without any way to use/operate a website and I am now out $1200 USD! They won’t even give me a refund. This is absolute criminal and they are clearly taking advantage of scamming people out of their hard earned money and think they can get away with it, that too with an arrogant nasty attitude. Run fast and far away from these CROOKS!

They designed a logo for me satisfactorily but after five months of work on a website it is clear they are not capable of delivering the promised service. A product manager has tried to get me to accept it as a finished website which it clearly is not. I believe they make up names for employees while using overseas labor (two "Smiths" on the design "team"), I can only communicate with them on a single phone number for text and multiple employees use it; they said it would be Wordpress it does not appear to be, they said I could have source files they wont send them, they say they have a 100% money back guarantee they refuse to refund money. Go to the Better Business Bureau and read reviews of the company and the "F" rating they have--they seem almost identical to my experience.

I gave this company *** to design a website for me. It was supposed to be delivered by July 4th. They have done nothing but lie to me the entire time and now they have refused to give me my money back. They claim they have business expenses and payroll expenses on my behalf.
