Horrible experience! Doesn't even deserve star! Worst company we've had to deal withWhen you place your order customer service couldn't of been nicerOn 12/02/I ordered a custom jacket as a Christmas giftI gave my order online, then over the phone to follow upThe jacket was supposed to be embroidered on both front and back, I repeated this several times to customer service and specifically stated in my order EMBROIDER on both FRONT & BACKI was charged the extra fee for thisThey promised me it would be here in plenty of time for Christmas on 12/22/I called and asked where my jacket was and David told me it was still in production but promised he would ship it tomorrowOn 12/the jacked arrived at 3:30pm (Too late to fix in time for Christmas) The quality of the jacket was horrible and the front of the jacket was embroidered and the back was screen printedWhen I called to complain I was told everyone was gone and would not be back till after the holidayOn 12/26/I called again to ask them to fix it or give me a refund, they said they do not embroider the back of jacketsI HAVE AN EMAIL with the original order stating I need it Embroidered on Front & BackSeveral people in customer service pretty much told me too bad and one hung up on meSo I contacted through EMAIL the CEO Pat C [redacted] All of a sudden the person who hung up on me called me back to tell me they do not embroider on the back, and I will not be getting a refund, then proceeded to hang up on me againI wish I had read all of the bad reviews on the Internet before I ordered itLesson learnedConsumer beware of this company Logo Sportswear!

Thank you for contacting us in regards to your orderAs we had discussed with our customer directly, we are willing to discount a new order in either a different style or sizes up to 50% for new jerseysWe do advertise both our specific size charts for each item, as well as our returns and exchanges policyWhen we discussed this with the customer, he had stated he either did not see or this information is not advertisedHowever, we do offer a few different places for customers to view this information, as well as providing them the policies on their email confirmationUnfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom itemsYour current order is notated in case you would like to place a new order with the discount we have discussedAt this time, we consider the complaint resolved as we had reviewed with the customer the options of resolution Thanks, Logosportswear Customer Service

This was processed on 2/24 for 28.65$. This should show back to the customer's original payment method within... 3-5 business days or less from the date stated.

The shirts that we ordered looked much better in person than on line so I was very pleasedOverall I was very pleased with my experience from start to finish and even received a coupon to complete my orderI was surprised at checkout to have an extra 30$ charge for a special image that was not from their database-however, there is no guarantee that I did not simply overlook that in the fine print/details about choosing an imageOverall, we were able to find affordable, lightweight shirts that we could get embroidered for long term wearI also received the shirts within a week or two which was a huge surprise considering all four had to be embroideredI also believe my cousin used this company last year for our golf shirts

Before any payment is submitted, all of these charges are explained in a few different places, including our FAQ section on Embroidery, Digitizing... Fees, Etc. This is also linked in the shopping cart in an effort to give customers the most information about their purchase. I have attached a few screenshots illustrating these areas for reference.We very much appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve our customers interaction and experience on our website. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the item selected at the cost requested due to the amount of additional workmanship, time and materials it would take to produce. Thank you for contacting us in regards to this matterThe order we received showed that both first and last names were requested on the jerseysOn our design tool used to place the order, we do advise we would use the roster as submitted and shown in the space availableHowever, to resolve the issue, we have agreed to replace the items on the order using only the last namesAfter contact with our customer, they have agreed this is an acceptable resolutionAt this point, we consider this complaint resolved, and will continue to work directly with our customer on finalizing the resolutionPlease contact us if any further information is neededThanks,Logosportswear Customer Service

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I have attached an email where this company has already agreed to refund at least half the digital fee I believe I am entitled to a full refund I am also showing you what I agreed to pay for from their Web Site Order Form before I clicked Pay, and what they sent me as proof I believe that although there may be "Cover yourself" statements on their page, they also should recognize that my order and what they were doing were different and should have contacted me to discuss the differences before going forward I am not a printer, I don't know what these processes are capable of or not and showing me my shirts before I paid and then sending me something complete different are misleading at best "covering yourself to get paid for something you know won't be accepted delivered is just bad business So I want them to at least stand by their "Refund 1/the digital fee" in the email attachment above But I believe I should get a full refund for being misled Sincerely, [redacted]

I recently ordered two skirts from Logo SportswearOne of the items was folded nicely and was in new and excellent conditionThe other, however, was not folded, or packaged in any wayIt had broken sizing strips, and no bottom pleatIt was obvious that it was a returned itemMy daughter is unable to wear it because it is too large and there is no way to make it fitMy husband threw her whole outfit in trast is a disgusting practice selling worn clothing and calling it new

Thank you for contacting us in regards to this matterWhen contacted by our customer, we explained the different sections on the site where he was concerned we did not advise with proper informationWe have included the different parts of the site as discussed in attachments aboveFirst, the customer advised us that he selected printing, however the item he selected doesnt offer print as an option (Attached)Next, the customer advised they were not aware they would not be refunded for the digitizing feeThe language from our site reads as follows: "Please note that customers who cancel orders after a file has been digitized will still be charged the digitizing fee, even if it would have been waived had the order been processed."(Attached) We have cancelled the customer's order and all but the 49.99$ will be refunded back to himAnother concern that was discussed was that of the gradient in the customer's design not being replicatedIn our design tool within our website, we specifially request that no images with gradients or fine lines be used (attached)This is the only place to provide the image to usWe apologize for the inconvenience this has causedPlease let us know if any other information is needed Thanks,Logosportswear Customer Service
