The customer came to our company after placing an order for spirit wear with her son's youth baseball teamThe team offered two designs and after she received her order, she stopped by our shopWe pulled the order and learned that she did have the correct items, but she happened to select the
least popular of the designs and wanted her son's garments to match the other boys on the teamAt the time we had no plans to do another order as to set up again would have been very costly for the customerA couple weeks later, the *** contacted me and placed a second order for some apparelAt the time of his order, I went ahead and ordered the same garments she had originally received and printed them with the new design and gave them to *** *** to deliver to her. The customer contacted me again in June, concerning some garments she dropped off that were purchased personally by herThey were dropped off in our showroom and moved to productionShe contacted us again to followup and we were unable to locate themA staff member was directed to locate them and she never didWhen the customer contacted me again, we were in the midst of closing our production facilityI have never run across the garments and everything is in storage. On February 28th, I contacted *** *** and shared with him that I had received this complaint and reminded him of giving him the garments and asked him to get back with me with her phone number so I can contact her and reimburse her for the individually purchased items she dropped offAs of today I have not heard back from him and will contact him again
