I was online shopping when an add for Morphe brand makeup on sale came up on Facebook. I have recently shopped there, and it look me to a sale pace that was a copycat of the morphe website. I purchased an item, and then went back to the Morphe site. I then realized the price that I paid was more expensive 'on sale? than the Morphe site. I canceled the order within 10 min of purchase, as the site said orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. The following morning, 11/22 I received notification that the item shipped. I was upset but gave them a shot. It is now 7 days past shipment and I have not received the item. Additionally, the DHL tracking information says 'item entered into database, item en route to DHL distribution center. This item was never sent. They are fraudulent and using the Morphe logo and name as a cover for stealing. Additionally I have sent numerous emails to this company and they have gone either unanswered and when I attempt to connect through the site, it says message undeliverable.
