membership he replied noI also have an employee name Tanya whom asked him he also told her he did not write a statementBoth her and I advised Mr, *** that we have his recurring papers that he signed that says for membership cancellation requires a written statement within seven days prior to the draftHe did sign this membership statementI then asked Mr *** what took him so long at finding out he was getting drafted , he said he doesn't worry about $And didn't check his account, he moved to CanadaiguaAt that time I told him you sign a agreement that I have right in front of me that a written statement was required to stop this agreementAll recurring member are required to write a statement to us for cancellationThank You

Consumer stayed, on first night I wanted to move her once she stated her issueShe refused to move - we called Department of health, they found no issue ( see attached report)We refunded her full amount, but she still stayed for more night free(See attached refund slip)
